Purchase a stunning Whiston Court apartment and you can be sure that should you or a member of your family wish to sell it in years to come, no resale fees or other conditions will apply.

Early bird reservation

We all know the saying ‘the early bird catches the worm’. Early bird reservation, available for a limited period right now, will help you secure the apartment of your choice with the aspect you prefer and most suitable room layout.

Early bird reservation is available to cash buyers, those without property to sell or individuals who intend to sell their current property through Connells’ Assisted Purchase Plan, with Connells as sole estate agent.

A £250 early bird reservation fee applies and this is fully refundable if you change your mind within a given timescale or, if property marketed through the Assisted Plan Scheme fails to sell within a certain timeframe.

Full reservation

If you are a cash purchaser, your property has sold subject to contract (with a complete chain) or you are selling through the Connells’ Assisted Purchase Plan, you may reserve a Whiston Court apartment.

A £500 reservation fee applies. This is payable by bank transfer or cheque to Abbeyfield Worcester Society Ltd. and it holds your property whilst solicitors are instructed. The conveyancing process typically takes up to six weeks until contracts can be exchanged. Any cancellations during this period will be refunded minus an administration fee.

A completion date will be agreed when contracts are exchanged. Once you have this date, you can start planning your move.

What you can expect   

After making your reservation you will receive a Reservation Checklist. This is signed to confirm that you have been given all the information needed to make an informed choice. It will contain an apartment floor plan, a complete list of what’s included in your purchase and a full breakdown of all applicable charges within our Living Package.
